We have heavily invested in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to ensure your client interactions are high-value. You will work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include: Being the primary contact for client inquiries regarding business, domain, product, and technical issues. Review, validate, and triage technical escalations. Driving account growth. Expanding revenue within accounts through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities. Influencing client lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores. Participating in KOR working groups as needed.
