The Role and Responsibilities EnerMech have an opportunity for a Certification Coordinator to join our Aberdeen office on a permanent basis. This role is to join our centralised Equipment Mobilisation/Demobilisation team. Reporting to the Certification Team Lead you will be responsible for the certification creation and compilation. Other main duties and responsibilities will include; Responsible for ensuring all certification Job Packs are emailed to various clients as required Keep up to date with all industry standards, highlighting training requirements to line management Build and manage working relationships with all 3rd party inspectors and inspection company coordinators Discussing, challenging and supporting engineering staff on inspection and certification issues Proactive interventions to prevent 3rd party NCR and internal UOR\’s; where required contribute to the resolution and closures of any NCR / UORs Maintain asset register / data base to ensure all certification records are correct and up to date and also managing and recording asset identity change where required Available for overtime as required covering all certification requirements outside normal working hours The Requirements To be successful for this position it is essential you hold previous experience within a certification role, ideally knowledge of equipment & rigging certification compliance requirements and are proficient on all Microsoft Office packages. Previous Knowledge or experience of tools, plant and equipment is preferred although not essential. Previous experience with ERP systems such as (NAV/SAP) would be advantageous. Due to the fast paced nature of this role, it is essential you have a proven track record of working to tight deadlines and are comfortable working under pressure.
