We offer customers the opportunity to create a high-quality custom engagement ring or jewellery piece through a seamless process – facilitated by our team in our Covent Garden boutique and via online communication channels. The Role Junior Jewellery Sales Consultant is an opportunity for new graduates to enter the industry and gain experience with the goal of moving into a Jewellery Design Consultant position over the coming 1-2 years following development within the company. The role will include assisting consultants with their emails and daily tasks to learn how to approach customers as well as how to use photoshop and illustrator in the optimum way. The Junior Consultant will help to keep the showrooms and samples organised and to the company standards. They will learn to see customers in person for aftercare services such as collections, resizes, and drop offs. Once they have developed a complete knowledge of the processes and showa full understanding of the customer experience, they will begin doing wedding ring consultations. In this role, the Junior Consultant will improve their knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and gemstones, to match the standard of our Sales teams. In addition, they will develop their talent in photoshop, illustrator, drawing and people skills to ensure all customers’ rings are perfectly created just for them, with love and without limits. Key Responsibilities Assisting consultants with their daily workload: Emails Searching for diamonds & gemstones Keeping the showroom well organised See customers for aftercare appointments Qualify bookings Assist retail store staff and support with store operations When required, see customers at our workshop for aftercare and collection appointments Meet customers for wedding ring consultations and deliver sales efficiently Warmly welcoming customers to their consultation and offering them drinks.
