What you\’ll be doing As a key member of the DLG CRM team and reporting to the Activation Manager, this role will implement CRM campaigns and activities on the DLG customer Apps and across email, SMS, Social, telephony and inbound channels. The CRM Activation Consultant will create and deliver a pipeline of activity to target timelines and budgets. All Activation Consultants will work with Performance and CRM Campaign Managers, agencies and internal resources including the Design Studio, the Martech team and the data team and will leverage the latest data-driven marketing techniques and innovations to help improve performance KPIs. All campaigns will be delivered using our new Martech; BRAZE and LiveRamp. Architect and execute CRM activities as set by the CRM and Performance Managers, on time and on budget using BRAZE Create a prioritisation backlog to be reviewed and agreed with the Head of CRM, Activation Manager and the CRM Managers Accountable for managing the data for each CRM activity, ensuring all DLG suppressions and data ethics processes are in place and checked with stakeholders (including AML and sanctions) Work with external agencies, print companies and content/production providers when required to deliver multiple campaign components to ensure cohesive and integrated activations and within Brand guidelines In partnership with the CRM and Performance Managers, ensure steps are taken to enable the measurement of activities to enable always optimisation and improvements Influence the wider marketing, digital and tech teams to test and learn by championing experimentation and CRO Work with the Martech and Data Teams to help create backlogs for Tealium and Snowflake to ensure the build of enhanced audiences and Tags are set-up to activate customer-relevant or hyper-personalised activities Work with the Data Chapter and Customer science teams to ensure activities are enriched by the latest marketing consent, insight, segmentation, propensity models, suppressions etc Execute all campaigns in line with DLG’s risk appetite and the latest data and privacy regs (GDPR, PECR etc) What we\’re looking for Experience working in similar roles with direct-to-customer brands delivering CRM activities across BTL channels (including DM, Email, SMS, and Apps) and paid media channels (including social, video and CTV) with demonstrable experience of creating CRM campaign architectures and workflow Previous experience working with a CDP, Experimentation tools and other CRM based Martech Previous experience building and implementing CRM campaigns using BRAZE Customer obsessed and advanced knowledge of data and privacy regs (GDPR, PECR etc) Ability to drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business, including advanced analytics to measure the impact of performance media campaigns Previous experience managing 3rd party agencies ideally in a managed account/fully outsourced capacity Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to make the complex simple Previous experience of using Data Clean rooms Experience in digital and BTL campaign measurement and analytics Hours: 35 hours What we offer in return: We wouldn’t be where we are today without our people and the wide variety of perspectives and life experiences they bring.
