Key Responsibilities: Independently assess and treat MSK, orthopaedic, and inpatient cases. Champion patient care and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy. Participate in the Personal Performance & Development Reviews. Work closely with Consultants, GPs, and a multi-disciplinary team to create seamless care pathways. Drive service improvements through audits, research, and the integration of new care methods and technologies. Who we are looking for: Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with a valid HCPC registration. Strong interest in MSK and inpatient orthopaedic caseloads. A passion for patient-centred care and personal development. Some experience in a clinical or hospital setting (placement or post-qualification). Interest in clinical education or service development. Keen to contribute to innovative service delivery models.
