A client I'm working with based in Gloucestershire is recruiting for a Housing Officer on an interim basis for the initial course of 3-6 months.

Working pattern: Hybrid (4 days p/w on site)

Rate: Negotiable

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience as a Housing Officer is essential (tenancy, neighbourhoods, housing).
  • Dealing with neighbourhood issues and low level ASB.
  • Deal with tenancy enquiries and enforce conditions in line with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Driver's license and access to a car is essential.
