Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay Consultant About the job you’re considering The SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant will be responsible for helping drive growth, shaping, delivering and development of our SAP S4/HANA Procurement & Supply Chain opportunities and projects in the UK. Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain, you will help to both develop our opportunity pipeline, bringing your deep expertise, knowledge, and experience, as well as delivering innovative projects to our existing and new clients. You will have broad capabilities in designing and delivering complex SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain solutions, in several different industry sectors with diverse challenges and requirements. You should be able to demonstrate how you have steered clients in quickly understanding and then shaping their business needs into SAP solutions that drive positive outcomes. You will have delivery experience of working in large, complex, multi-stream projects and have broad awareness across a range of supply chain process areas. Your role Using your experience to provide Functional Consulting within SAP S/4HANA MM projects Be part of and be able to lead a team that solves problems and provides solutions for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams, across multiple areas of Supply Chain Management, depending on project scope and at various stages of the project lifecycle. Lead your functional area within the engagement as a SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant to deliver full project life cycle delivery, this includes: Being able to identify customer requirements. Delivering high quality SAP solutions to cater to identified requirements. Mastering your functional knowledge to be able to deliver the best solutions and project results. Training, supporting and mentoring team members, including junior talent to learn from your experiences and expertise. Develop skills to provide thought leadership to our clients and internal customers with your knowledge of available solutions both within the SAP portfolio, and the supporting products recognised within the industries. Alongside project delivery you will manage and develop your career through training, networking and contributing to the practice and wider group growth and objectives. Develop knowledge in a second functional module. Your skills and experience Has had a consulting role across multiple full cycle projects in SAP S/4HANA or ECC working in MM/P2P. Advocate of best practice design principles along with an advisory focus and demonstrate being able to provide solutions for business requirements. Be proficient and have vast hands-on config experience in MM capabilities to lead your area and provide solutions for clients. Experience in using SAP Fiori and flexible workflow in particular is advantageous. Have experience in multiple end to end design and implementation programmes within S4/HANA or ECC working across MM/PtP. Strong understanding of Procure to Pay processes, inventory functions and Supplier Relationship Management. Solid understanding of modules that integrate with MM (e.g. Planning, EWM). Understand the key capabilities of MM and how they integrate with other SAP modules and applications. Industry and business process knowledge in one or more of the following sectors is an advantage: Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Products, Pharma or Discrete Manufacturing. Can demonstrate knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products.
