The aim is to operate community based sports and leisure facilities, enhancing accessibility for all individuals to engage in diverse physical activities. Specifically, CAF aims to empower individuals to overcome barriers to participation in sports and leisure including those facing financial constraints, limited opportunities, or lacking necessary support to fully engage in sports activities. As the Elm Park Leisure Centre re-opens, we are looking for people to join our team and we have roles available in all aspects of leisure centre activities. The Role To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the Leisure Centre To promote excellent customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise To ensure the highest possible standards of health and safety and customer care within the Centre. To offer the best experience to our customers The Person A National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is desirable for those looking to be a Lifeguard or Recreation Assistant, but successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of the role. The position may be subject to a DBS check Flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team Motivated and enthusiastic Good communicator Able to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees.
