JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Engineering (Summer Placement) KBR’s global business comprises two main segments – Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This role is within STS in the Integrated Solutions business unit. Integrated Solutions provides engineering and project delivery services, including front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management, primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries. KBR is looking for a summer intern for approximately 10 weeks. The role involves developing skills in your engineering discipline. You will be assigned to a project and work with a lead engineer to understand the steps involved in mechanical design. The project phase may be in the early design stages or detailed design. During your internship, you will work as part of a team and collaborate with other engineers. The candidate should be enrolled in a Bachelor\’s or Master\’s course in Mechanical Engineering. Skills in Python coding are preferred. At the end of the placement, a feedback session will be held to share your learning experience. Please note: This role is for up to 40 hours per week, with a requirement to be in our Leatherhead office for 3 days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
