Lyra UK & Ireland are looking for a Provider Network Manager to join our Clinical Operations team, in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Supporting the increased number of suppliers, you’ll be joining a leading provider of global Employee Assistance and Mental Health Programmes that supports over 10m people worldwide with their health and wellbeing. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Team Manager, you’ll be providing ongoing support and managing the reviews of network needs on a regular basis whilst mapping for current and future demands of our client needs. You’ll also need a proven track record of building and managing stakeholder relationships to excel in this role. The role is a minimum of 4 days per week and will be based in the UK or Republic of Ireland, with remote working. There will be occasional travel to our London office and other locations, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge and understanding of proposition and processes
- Clear understanding and insight into the Lyra UK & Ireland proposition and processes to speak in detail with prospective contracted providers.
- Utilise knowledge and understanding to improve our recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of the network over time with a growth mindset.
- Mapping local mental health practitioner landscapes
- Understanding of the local mental health practitioner landscape in the UK and Republic of Ireland including competitor analysis and service requirements.
- Support regular review/research into comparative local pricing for contracted services.
- Coordinate and liaise with our legal and compliance teams to review and keep abreast of any statutory or data protection changes in UK & ROI.
- Identification of suitable candidates for recruitment
- Research and ensure effective advertisement of provider roles to attract suitable candidates.
- Ensure role advertisement is effective and attractive in the marketspace.
- Liaise with prospective candidates in a timely and inviting manner – act as the face of Lyra UK & Ireland.
- Work with recruitment agencies, recruitment websites and tools such as LinkedIn to identify and headhunt candidates where necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Maintaining strong working relationships with various key stakeholders – clinical management team, Lyra Health, Legal compliance, Clinical Operations and Client Services teams.
- Close liaison with Country Manager on pricing of local services.
- Working with Business Development and Country Manager to understand customer needs based on the sales pipeline and RFP process.
- Create positive working relationships with network and act as a go-to for any issues or concerns before onboarded.
- Screening, Credentialing and Contracting
- Keeping up to date protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice in relation to local recruitment standards and requirements.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our mental health system and landscape to aid recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates.
- Negotiate and agree rates with local providers for the contracted services in collaboration with County Manager.
- Reviewing and maintaining affiliate contracts that are suitable for the type of role that the recruitment is for and raise with legal teams as required.
- Ongoing audit and reviews of license and skills to ensure that once successfully recruited affiliates remain compliant with clinical standards and that affiliate profiles represent the most up to date information.
- Ensuring that all candidates can work in accordance with Lyra standards and protocols and processes.
- Maintaining network in line with requirements
- Working with Clinical Management Team to review and respond to the needs of the business in relation to new skills, modalities, delivery methods or locations required within our network.
- Reviewing network needs on an ongoing regular basis to ensure network meets capacity demands.
- Mapping current and future client demands to ensure an effective spread of network capacity, modalities, protected characteristics in line with client needs/demands.
- Maintain affiliate profiles and affiliate tracker to ensure effective matching for the operational teams.
- Data tracking and analysis
- Track utilisation and engagement of providers.
- Provide quality and compliance with standards – collate audit results from clinical ops teams and ensure performance of network is managed in line with requirements.
Skillset
- Proven track record of building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to improve processes and documentation.
- Data analysis and management experience.
- A strong understanding and passion for working in clinical / wellbeing industry.
- Experience of a similar recruitment / network management role in the wellbeing sector is desirable.
- Understanding and knowledge of different clinical roles, qualifications and governing bodies is an advantage.
