A typical day in this role includes: • Support the Online Business Trading Manager: Assist in implementing and executing the online trading, promotional, and merchandising strategy to drive sales and achieve business objectives. • Website & App Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the online business, ensuring product, promotional, and search optimisation implementations are effective and aligned with the overall strategy. • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key trading metrics performance. Use insights to create and implement actions and suggestions for optimisation to improve online performance. • Customer Journey: Work with the Online Business Specialist to review the customer funnel from both a data and CX view identifying pinch points, work cross functionally to implement actions to enhance the CX. • Technical and Commercial Implementations: Act as the go-to person for upcoming technical or commercial implementations. Help commercialise online tools to enhance the online shopping experience. • Strategic Supplier Projects: Work closely with the Online Business Manager to support and coordinate strategic supplier projects, fostering partnerships that contribute to business growth. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business unit key contacts, digital marketing teams, tech teams, and other team members to ensure effective collaboration.
