Finance Systems Lead – Permanent – London/Hybrid – £80,000 per annum A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Finance Systems Lead to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis. Managing the Support mailbox and working closely with the IT Service Desk team Being a \’Go To\’ person for all key Finance Systems used by the Finance Team and other key stakeholders. Keeping documentation of key setups and known issues up to date Support Finance team and senior management team with 3E data extraction either direct from 3E or via Microsoft Reporting Services, including analysis and presentation utilising ad-hoc reports, SQL queries, design, and creation of new automated reports. Review current systems processes and procedures and propose improvements to workflow and reporting processes to improve service and information delivery to enable internal and external clients gain maximum benefit from 3E and Microsoft Reporting Services functionality. Lead Elite training initiatives for the Finance team and the wider business. Work closely with IT team on technical systems initiatives and management of relationship with Thomson Reuters / Elite. To develop the Operation Assistants within the team to make the team self-sufficient and to pass on knowledge as part of longer-term succession planning of the team.
