This is a hands-on role, supporting the Transformation programme with skills in planning, progress tracking, governance, coordination, analysis, and build phases on a major programme within the financial sector. Transformation is a large-scale and complex programme, already underway, so candidates must be able to start effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transforming the Nucleus platform as we aim to become ‘best loved’ in the marketplace. About The Role Apply best project management practices to our data migration workstream within the Transformation Programme. Provide leadership to the project team, motivating team members to meet goals and milestones. Define and allocate project resources for successful delivery. Manage risks and issues, considering the broader business context. Build collaborative relationships with third parties to maximize value. Implement appropriate governance aligned with programme standards. Key Accountabilities Your responsibilities include: Formulating and updating project plans and schedules. Tracking development and build items with third-party suppliers. Monitoring progress to ensure timely, budgeted, and quality outputs. Managing risks, issues, and resources to meet milestones. Reporting progress and responding to information requests from senior staff. Communicating with stakeholders and sponsors regularly. Managing stakeholder and third-party expectations. Coordinating activities among program teams, departments, and vendors. Establishing and managing project teams efficiently. Proven experience in project management, especially in transformation programmes with data migration. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Technical Proficiency Experience with data conversion, especially in finance. Understanding of data migration methodologies.
