Location: Bournemouth. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (with flexi-time and hybrid working options). Salary: Subject to experience.

Role Description

This role is within the Appius Experience Team, focusing on planning, coordination, and delivery of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. It includes content writing, organic campaign elements, and search engine optimisation. The role collaborates closely with specialists in creative, UX, and analytics, and supports digital marketing and content creation where time permits.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing for Paid Campaigns (approximately 3-4 days/week): Research, forecasting, and planning of campaigns and audiences in collaboration with clients. Planning and execution of paid search and promotional campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and others. Coordination with creative and analytics teams for input, content updates, and idea generation. Content creation and optimisation for ads and landing pages to enhance engagement and conversions. Reporting campaign results to clients and facilitating decision-making processes. Developing and presenting innovative campaign ideas tailored to client brands and interests. Advancing company knowledge and accreditation in digital marketing, including managing supplier relationships.
  • Search Engine Optimisation and Organic Marketing (1-2 days/week): Strategic planning to integrate paid and organic efforts. Utilising SEO tools like SEMRush, Surfer, Google Trends for audience analysis and competitor research. Executing proactive SEO campaigns, including on-site and off-site activities. Measuring success through exposure, rankings, engagement, and conversions using tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4. Supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing.
  • Ad hoc Digital Marketing Support: Implementing paid and SEO elements for Appius campaigns as needed. Reporting on campaign progress and results. Suggesting content and website improvements based on campaign insights.
