Overview Distributor Learning & Development Manager UK – Herbalife Europe Limited / Herbalife U.K. Limited The Atrium Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1HB United Kingdom 1 Harefield Road About the Role Please Note: This is NOT an HR Role As a Distributor L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and orchestrating comprehensive learning and development programs specifically tailored for Herbalife\’s network of Independent Distributors . Your focus will be on creating innovative and impactful training content that empowers distributors at various levels to deepen their knowledge of our products, nutrition and business methods. Rather than delivering training sessions directly, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that is engaging, accessible, and aligned with the unique needs of a diverse and dynamic distributor community. This role is crucial in supporting the growth and success of our distributors by providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive in the competitive wellness and nutrition market. How would you contribute: Training journey and design: Designing training programmes that are tailored to the needs of the Herbalife Distributors at different levels of the marketing plan. Distributor knowledge: Supporting Distributors to grow their knowledge of the products, nutrition and business methods of operations. Training platform and technology: Manage the Herbalife L&D platform to deliver training content, store training materials, track completion and progress. Content creation: Partnering with the content team to create engaging training, video, collateral, digital solutions to share with Distributors and employees. Market support: Offering support to markets within the region to localise training materials or offer advice for training requirements. Cross team collaboration: Collaborating with peers and colleagues in the sales, marketing, events, promotions, content, distributor success and other teams to align on training requirements and approach to achieve key objectives and briefs. Performance: Monitoring the progress of Distributors, including completion of training, and performance of Distributors post training. Leadership: Overseeing and mentoring a direct report, ensuring their development and performance align with team objectives. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Certifications in e-learning development, coaching, leadership development or related fields. Experience as a L&D designer minimum 5 years. Very good knowledge in Excel, Articulate 360. Experienced as a ‘Train the Trainer’. Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector. Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc. Experience in multi-level marketing, direct selling, or working with Distributors, Franchisees, or self-employed business owners – strongly desired. Experience facilitating live training to small and large groups of people (up to 100+). Experience facilitating virtual training, both live and pre-recorded. Fast paced and proactive. Strategic mindset with the ability to energize and inspire others. Strong communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and humility. What we offer: International environment.
