This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order processing, internal flow of goods, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). If you are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and have experience in logistics and warehouse operations, we want to hear from you! Your Tasks Plan, monitor, and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with SLAs/KPIs. Identify and resolve problems independently, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate with specialist departments and management. Execute KPI reports, conduct system research, and assist in capacity planning. Conduct ABC analyses and organize pick faces for efficient warehouse operations. Support and implement logistics and warehouse management projects. Serve as the primary contact and support for departments, account/operations management, and Armada support. Provide SAP first-level IT support. Conduct inventories, stock counts, checks, and postings accurately and efficiently. Your Profile Strong solution orientation with excellent organizational skills. Experience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processes. Proficiency in SAP (WMS) and experience with JIRA (desirable). Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant applications. Attention to detail with good numerical skills and record-keeping abilities. Proactive and initiative-driven to ensure timely task completion. Team player with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Commitment to organizational values and behaviors.
