This is an outstanding opportunity to drive significant change and make a global impact by developing and executing flawless strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement the Operational Delivery FSP strategy to ensure optimal performance and achievement of annual goals. Implement the Client FF 2.0 Operating Model through effective change management. Collaborate across divisions, including FSP leadership, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Project Delivery, to support proposals and client presentations. Partner with talent acquisition and leadership to ensure resource availability and tailored training for FSP client needs. Continuously improve business processes in collaboration with leadership to support FSP delivery. Lead change initiatives within the Operational Delivery FSP group and coordinate with the broader FSP team and relevant functions. Strengthen governance of the Client FSP portfolio and participate in risk management processes. Act as a key contact for critical issues in strategic FSP accounts, guiding the team in problem-solving. Develop FSP modeling, oversight, and metrics to meet client requirements and governance standards. Manage project risks and contingencies, escalating issues to Senior Management as needed. Coordinate budgeting activities, including forecasts and financial planning for FSP Clinical projects. Contribute to the strategic agenda of the Operational Delivery team through open dialogue. Lead, develop, and mentor the FSP Operational Delivery Lead team in collaboration with FSP leadership. Requirements Proven success in implementing and training for large accounts and partnerships. Exceptional leadership skills to support business growth and change management. Strong commercial awareness, including assessing revenue, margins, and cost efficiencies. Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities. Education & Experience : Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent, including licensed healthcare training or similar education and experience. 15+ years of clinical trials experience with a proven record of developing and operationalizing strategic drug development plans, including at least 4 years in clinical program leadership. Experience in developing and managing budgets and resources within a business segment. Be part of an ambitious team and drive flawless execution of world-class strategies.
