Role Summary About the Digital and Technology team… The Digital and Technology team plays a critical role in powering the Tony Blair Institute’s ambition to deliver impact at speed and scale. We design, build, and run digital services that support our mission and enable our teams to work smarter, move faster, and reach further. Our work spans delivering best-in-class internal tools, harnessing data to drive insights, embedding AI across the organisation, and shaping the digital and technology environment that underpins everything we do. We operate as strategic partners to the Institute’s global teams, providing expertise in digital products, platforms, and transformation. Overview & Purpose: At TBI, we are embarking on a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce—building a new platform from the ground up to unlock the power of our people and data. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be the declarative expert within the Salesforce pod, focused on automating processes, managing user access and security, and maintaining high standards of data quality and user experience. Working closely with Developers and Product Managers, they will help design and deliver solutions that ensure our Salesforce platform is efficient, scalable, and aligned with user needs. Responsibilities: Design and build complex Flows, Reports, and Lightning Pages Manage Profiles, Permission Sets, and security model Lead declarative solution design within the pod, aligned with CoE guidance Collaborate with Developers to ensure efficient use of Flows vs Apex Support sprint planning and backlog grooming with Admin expertise Provide user support, documentation, and training Skills & Certifications: Advanced Administrator (required) At least one of the following (required): MC Cloud Admin, Platform App Builder, Slack Admin, Agentforce, or any Architect Certificate Deep understanding of Flows, Permission Sets, Data Model, and Reporting Comfortable working closely with users and business stakeholders Growth & Development Support: Time off for study and exam preparation Exam costs covered Expected to achieve two additional certifications within the first 6 months Bonus: Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (or willingness to achieve within 12 months).
