Location: Oxford | Duration: 12 months fixed-term | Salary: £38,674 – £46,913 + benefits We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Management System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a new computerised asset and space management system (Planon). This is a newly created role supporting the organisation\’s long-term asset maintenance and replacement strategy. About The Role You will take the lead in designing and implementing a department-wide asset management framework across 18 buildings. Responsibilities include: Setting up and configuring the new Planon system Reviewing data held in the current asset management system (Asset 4000) Conducting and overseeing asset surveys Developing policies, procedures, and an asset numbering system Working closely with Facilities, IT, Finance, and external consultants Creating dashboards and reports for maintenance, finance, and compliance You will be based at the central office but will need to visit other sites locally to ensure all building requirements are captured effectively.
