We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable PEP Co-ordinator to join our supportive and committed team. In this full-time, term-time only role (fixed-term until July 2026), you will play a key part in helping students succeed by developing and delivering effective strategies that support their learning and remove barriers to progress. Compensation: £27,164 – £31,492 / year
(pro rata £24,329.86 – £28,206.30 for term-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local authorities and schools to support smooth student transitions.
- Coordinate PEPs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal support services and external partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with Virtual Schools and other stakeholders.
- Keep clear and accurate records.
- Assist learners with key documentation, including housing, benefits, and bursary applications.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Experience in building effective working relationships across teams and with external professionals.
- Understanding of safeguarding and the Prevent duty.
- Motivated, well-organized, and committed to helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
