Team/Role Overview This role ensures delivery of key strategic initiatives, regulatory driven changes, technology mandatory updates and operational aspects of product development. The role will also include a number of time-sensitive reporting responsibilities to support the day to day activities of the business and operations groups. What You\’ll Do Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and/or projects. Have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables. Make appropriate decisions in line with critical deadlines, high priority project deliverables and sensitive clients. Be the point of escalation, capable of owing more complex client / process issues through to resolution Ensure compliance while applying critical thinking to all controls and procedures in place in the department and improve them where possible. Aid management in monitoring department performance, capable of prompt objective diagnosis as to the root causes of deviation from / failure of procedures and the subsequent implementation of corrective action plans. Completing Quality Assurance checks on a related process to ensure good practice is applied and controls are continually challenged. Capable of owning and QA testing specific system enhancement test packages, ensuring scripts and testing are accurately completed prior to release in the production environment. Interprets data and contributes to recommendations for process improvement, and/or the launch of new products/ services and upgraded platforms.
