Job Description About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to support our daily operations at our site in Trentham. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow the right candidate to be part of a fast-paced and challenging logistics environment, working to maintain the performance of warehouse operations. Shift pattern: Greenshift, Rotating Days, Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:00/ 15:00 – 23:00, working 1 in 3 weekends How will you contribute? Manage the day-to-day operations of our Warehouse Team Members, ensuring smooth running of the operation. Promote a culture of safety and foster an open and honest environment. Drive team members\’ success and support their growth and development. Meet KPIs related to time, cost, and customer service. Ensure all team members receive effective daily business communications and implement staff engagement plans to motivate the team. What will you bring?
