We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their dynamic HR team.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Employee Engagement, this role offers the chance to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that is passionate about its people and its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
Conducting recruitment checks and associated administrative tasks
Monitoring the HR benefits inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
Assisting with key corporate HR initiatives and projects
About You:
Previous experience in a similar HR administration role is preferred
Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
