PLEASE NOTE: This role is a maternity cover contract from mid-July 2025 to May 29th, 2026. The Role This position focuses on: Overseeing the print and fulfillment of annual reports, brand products, and related published materials. Collaborating within the Emperor Print Team, liaising with Artwork, Account Management, Creative teams, and external print/mailing suppliers. Ensuring clear and thoughtful communication between design, account management, artwork teams, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality products on time and at a competitive rate. Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required. Responsibilities Working alongside Print Team Managers to deliver Emperor’s print and mailing requirements. Managing print schedules and delivery requirements of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Building and maintaining accurate print specifications in purchasing software for quotations. Requirements Extremely well-organized Excellent communication skills Calm disposition with the ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure Flexible and resilient attitude and work ethic Strong problem-solving skills Excellent numeracy skills Ability to work remotely and independently, as well as part of a team Measures of Success Thorough understanding of print team processes following comprehensive training. Successful delivery of the team\’s ARA production, accurately, on time, and at a competitive rate, especially during the Annual Reporting season from March to May. Positive 360-degree feedback.
