Service Designer (SC Cleared) 2 Months London (2 Days per week onsite) £525p/d max via Umbrella The successful candidate will hold SC clearance The Service Designer is responsible for shaping end-to-end service experiences that meet user needs and align with business goals. This role works across departments to design, prototype, and iterate services that are intuitive, efficient, and sustainable. The Service Designer ensures that services are user-centred, technically feasible, and operationally viable. Key Responsibilities: Service Design & Implementation: Lead the design and delivery of services, ensuring they meet user needs and experience standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, experience owners, and cross-functional teams to align service design with strategic goals. Research & Insight Gathering: Conduct user research and service mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation initiatives that leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for capturing user feedback and iterating service designs accordingly. Governance & Reporting: Track service performance and report on outcomes to stakeholders Key Skills & Experience: Strong background in user-centred design and service design methodologies. Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and prototyping tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital transformation and IT service management principles. Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. The selected individual will need to have strong stakeholder management skills and can present to an audience ranging from junior to senior roles, be SC Vetted and be available to work on-site in London two days per week as part of a hybrid working arrangement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
