Motorhome Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, specializing in the sale of motorhomes and campervans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a keen interest in leisure vehicles and outdoor living. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager / General Manager Participate in ‘In House’, National, and regional shows and exhibitions Complete all necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system to ensure smooth sale processes Accurately record each sales opportunity, contact, and follow-up Assist in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales Introduce and follow up with suitable sales prospects Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation Maintain extensive and up-to-date knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, colours, standard equipment, and specifications Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals Requirements: Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Excellent verbal communication skills Stability under pressure and resilience to setbacks Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to company needs Reliability and pride in quality of work Good numerical skills, negotiation skills, and general business acumen Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Flexible working hours Opportunity to work with a dynamic and friendly team Gaining industry experience in motorhomes and campervans Birthday off!
