Mechanical Engineer
Location: Westminster, London
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 9am β 6pm
Salary: Β£40,000 β Β£45,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will have proven experience in planned preventative and reactive maintenance, primarily working on mechanical systems such as plumbing, air conditioning, and pressure systems, and assisting with building fabric and electrical systems.
- Perform maintenance of assets following PPM schedules, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Manage reactive tasks from diagnosis to sourcing parts and completion.
- Respond as first line to reactive call-outs, working safely and according to the relevant Codes of Practice.
- Collaborate with various parties, including subcontractors, to deliver high standards of work, following best practices.

Candidate Requirements
- City & Guilds or equivalent NVQ in plumbing (preferable)
- City & Guilds or NVQ in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of building services
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Ability to work independently
- Full clean driving license
- Good communication skills
