Job Description

A client I'm working with based in Gloucestershire is recruiting for Housing Officer on an interim basis for the initial course of 3-6 months.

Working pattern: Hybrid (4 days p/w on site)

Rate: Negotiable

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

Previous experience as a Housing Officer is essential (tenancy, neighbourhoods, housing).
Dealing with neighbourhood issues and low level ASB.
Deal with tenancy enquiries and enforce conditions in line with relevant policies and legislation.
Drivers license and access to a car is essential.
