Residential Property Solicitor – Teignmouth We are assisting a residential property team in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor. As the successful residential property solicitor, you\’ll be working from the Teignmouth office. Your residential property caseload will include sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. This team is super busy due to their excellent reputation in the market amongst returning clients, agents, and other referrers. You will be an experienced residential property solicitor and be able to demonstrate that you can manage your own caseload.
