Job description The UK Compliance team, part of the Risk and Intelligent Automation function, ensures compliance with regulations and customer outcomes. The Marketing Manager role within the evoke Compliance function ensures that all marketing activities meet legal and industry standards in the UK. This fast-paced role requires a deep understanding of gambling marketing regulations and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What you will be doing Ensure all marketing communications and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements. Review and advise on campaigns and marketing materials. Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Data Protection Office, to ensure compliance with GDPR. Develop and coach others to raise awareness of best practices for marketing compliance. Create policies and procedures to ensure marketing compliance. Establish processes to monitor compliance across marketing campaigns. Identify and manage risks in marketing activities, keeping stakeholders updated. Stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices to maintain compliance.
