Join to apply for the NRPF Co-ordinator role at WMJobs Job Details Fixed Term Contract – March 2026 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to work alongside our finance service and Sandwell Children’s Trust to support families with no recourse to public funds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage systems supporting NRPF families. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and monitor systems and processes for the payment of allowances to service users, ensuring security and minimizing misappropriation risks. Work with colleagues from Sandwell Children’s Trust to ensure eligible families receive financial support and that services are commissioned to reduce reliance on NRPF funding. Collaborate with partners across various teams to deliver organizational goals through integrated planning and resource management. Secure best value accommodation for NRPF families. Provide daily financial administration support, monitor expenditure, and work with finance colleagues to forecast budgets. Refer to the full list of duties in the official job description. About You Possess 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent ability. Hold NVQ level 3 or 4 in administration or equivalent. Understand commissioning processes and legislative frameworks related to NRPF support. Demonstrate commitment to partnership working and ability to collaborate with senior leaders. Have experience in financial management and developing systems to reduce misappropriation risks.
