About the role of Mechanical Site Manager

As a Mechanical Site Manager you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor, we are currently recruiting for three different sites – a commercial fit-out project in Liverpool Street, a retail project in Mayfair & a EFW Plant in Dartford.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Site Manager

• Oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance plan.
• Review inspection results and ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet reliability targets.
• Coordinate the deployment of labour, parts, and equipment resources.
• Manage the mechanical team by focusing on productivity, motivation, and discipline.
• Monitor the performance of staff and contractors to ensure tasks are executed as planned.
• Supervise preventative maintenance inspections to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements for Mechanical Site Manager

• Strong experience working in a similar position
• Ideally strong on both M&E but from a mechanically biased background
• Experience of working on large scale commercial OR retail projects
