Process Chemist Type: Permanent Salary: Dependent on experience Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Location: West Midlands Job Description Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvement. Conduct lab experiments supporting process changes via HPLC, GC, and GC-MS analysis. Support the scale-up of new products to full-scale production. Analyse production data to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to troubleshooting issues such as deviations or yield losses. Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or related scientific discipline. Strong interest in process development and manufacturing. Understanding of chemical principles and reaction mechanisms. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
