Delivery Assurance Analyst (Operations & Reporting) Telford (2 Days per Week Onsite) 6 Months £410p/d max via Umbrella The successful candidate will undergo a BPSS check The Delivery Assurance Analyst is responsible for: SME for Delivery Tooling (e-Monitoring); acting as a key liaison with Group for intercepting new releases, and building knowledge, capability, and expertise across the business. Working closely with the OneFinance programme, establishing toolsets with the Cross-Contract view, providing assurance of both compliant and relevant use. Supporting financial reporting in Delivery Assurance. Managing work requests from the wider business; utilizing expertise from DA to provide responses that fulfill stakeholder needs and align with the strategic vision of automation and efficiency savings. Required skills: Confidence to challenge the current processes and work independently with teams. Self-driven and motivated, involved in delivering or owning internal products and improvement initiatives. Good communication and stakeholder management skills; working closely with the DA Leadership Team and other key MU functions. A pragmatic approach to agility, adapting to the team\’s ways of working which may not always fully reflect traditional agile frameworks. The core DA assurance activities include e-Monitoring Weekly Assessment Reviews (WAR), Delivery Assurance Reviews (DAR), and Continuous Improvement (CI). The streams are: Contract: Focused on delivering against contractual obligations across multiple engagements. Project: Focused on project engagements, from small projects to large programmes or portfolios. Service: Focused on service engagements and SLAs, e.g., incident and problem management. Architecture: Focused on architecture and engineering processes. Delivery Governance: Ensures that BMF, DMF, etc., reflect Group Policy and best practices, coordinating with MU and Group audit teams. Operations & Reporting (O&R): Produces MI for MU and Group management, supports DA assurance activities, and maintains relevant products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
