Our client is a corporate City based firm looking to recruit a PA to support 4 Directors covering a 9-month maternity contract.

Candidates appling must be available immediately or on less than 1 month's notice.

Salary: £45,000
\\n\\n
Location: City! Fantastic modern offices, great culture!
\\n\\n
Hybrid: 2 days working in the office and 3 from home (from month 2 of the contract onwards).
\\n\\n
PA duties include:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Diary management for the Directors ensuring they are prepared for their meetings
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Inbox management
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Organising UK travel arrangements
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Minute taking in meetings once every 3 months
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Processing expenses
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Producing reports using Word, Excel, PDF
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Producing PowerPoint presentations
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Covering other PA during annual leave
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n
\\n\\n
The successful candidate for the role will have:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Previous PA/EA experience
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Be able to commit to a 9-month contract
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Be on less than 1 month's notice
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Excellent organisational skills, time management and muti-tasking skills
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Be a good team player with a flexible, adaptable, positive approach– the ability to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise work in a calm and efficient manner.
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Excellent attention to detail
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Strong MS Office skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
