This is a fabulous PA role for someone looking to work in Private Equity based in SW1. This role requires someone who is confident, capable and has previously worked as a PA within a Private Equity or Banking environment where they have had to use their honesty, integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
The ideal applicant will need strong organisational skills and will be someone who is switched on and intelligent. The individual will want to get fully involved and gain a complete understanding of the business deals that are taking place. This is a role for someone who can use their initiative and is looking for a busy environment where they can progress and learn.
An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are important as well as a positive and cheerful manner. Calm, capable and flexible, this is a great role where you can become an integral part of a team. You will need to have a solid CV and strong background within Private Equity or Banking. A large part of the role involves organising global travel and meetings on behalf of your bosses, so you will be very comfortable in producing travel itineraries and generally being one step ahead at all times.
You must be well-spoken and well-presented and have excellent interpersonal skills as there is a high level of senior contact.
This role requires someone who is degree level educated and who has previous experience of working within a fast-paced and demanding environment within financial services. The individual will need to have experience of working at director level and dealing with high profile individuals.
The role is based in the office 5 days per week.
