Part-Time PA/Team Assistant - FTC

Central London

3 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Β£30,000 plus bonus and benefits

Are you an experienced support professional looking for a part-time opportunity? You MUST have PROVEN experience supporting a head of and team preferably within a Financial Services or Professional Services Arena. This is a part-time role, so we’re specifically looking for candidates with existing commitments that make part-time hours the right fit. You must be able to start in July 2025.

Duties

  • Team Assistant supporting 3 Managing Directors and 6 Senior Directors
  • Acting as a reliable gatekeeper while building strong relationships across a growing team
  • Managing complex and extensive diaries for 9 team members
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation, producing itineraries, liaising with internal and external clients, and arranging foreign currency and passports/visas where required
  • Assisting with a variety of projects
  • Organising events and training sessions, both onsite and offsite
  • Processing expenses
  • Collaborating with the wider administrative team to provide seamless support to senior members of the London office
