Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Roving Certification Specialist for properties within the Peabody Properties portfolio along the North Shore. The Roving Certification Specialist will rotate within a regional portfolio, working with site-level staff to support move-in and annual recertifications, especially for new business or staff vacancies. This role involves processing and managing recertification and move-in procedures, including verifying resident information, determining eligibility, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Experience with LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 is required; COS certification and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in property management Knowledge of Affordable Housing, LIHTC, and housing regulations Ability to complete recertifications accurately and timely Excellent customer service and organizational skills Proficiency with basic math and computer skills Effective communication skills Self-motivated and able to take initiative Experience with OneSite Willingness to assist at other sites as needed Travel required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with 3+ years of property management experience managing recertifications Proficiency with OneSite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 experience required Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, EAP, paid time off, holidays, training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, referral bonuses, and flex spending.
