The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; Have an extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with an excellent understanding of Supply Chain process, practises, techniques, skills and capabilities Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business management or any related field Excellent engagement, communication and presentation skills to handle performance and change with key internal team members and external suppliers Shown success in mobilising supply chain change and process improvements Able to deal with complex requirements, and take a data driven approach to problem solving and decision making and solution design The other stuff we are looking for We\’d also love you to bring; Prince 2 and MSP certification preferred Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with strong hands-on approach Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic Confirmed project management experience in practice and using methodologies with a focus on large-scale supply chain transformation Master’s degree or equivalent experience in associated field preferred What\’s in it for you Our goal is to celebrate our people, their lives and everything in-between.
