More About Your Role

As the Technical (FM) Manager for the contract you will have a hands‑on role in the implementation of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and the assessed works programme in relation to all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across a number of leisure facilities in the local area.

Alongside the wider technical team you will identify and correct any ad‑hoc remedial work whilst also liaising with 3rd‑party contractors. You will implement through routine maintenance procedures the Company’s Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies ensuring the efficient utilisation of all fuels and water.

More About You

You will have a strong background within the trades/handywork and experience of working with contractors, from negotiating scope of works through to reviewing and creating snag lists. Ideally you will have a background of working to corporate policies and be able to produce basic reports showing progress on scheduled works.

Candidates should be qualified to ONC or City & Guilds in either Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. It would be advantageous for you to hold a Pool Plant Operators Certificate however we are willing to support someone to qualify in post.
