Key Client Sales Manager – Doncaster (Hybrid) – GBP50,000 + Car Allowance The Situation An experienced Sales / Account Management professional is required at the UK\’s leading part supplier to the Railway Industry. The Key Client Sales Manager will manage high-level relationships with some of the business\’s most valued customers (portfolio spend upwards of GBP15m p.a.). They will be responsible for nurturing and developing key customer relationships, seeking out opportunities for account development, and achieving budgeted sales and order intake targets for their specified portfolio of customers. The Key Client Sales Manager will manage a small but capable team of Account Managers within the Traction & Rolling Stock focused team. You will be responsible for ensuring individual and overall targets are met, accurate forecasts are provided, and customer satisfaction expectations are met or exceeded. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to flourish at one of the most well-known and respected businesses within the UK\’s high-profile railway industry. You will build on trusted relationships and develop high-value accounts. This role is well-suited for a relationship-oriented, client-centric individual who is comfortable managing and developing existing customer relationships while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth. You will need to be curious and proactive to ensure no potential sales opportunity is missed. The role focuses on future business growth, team management, and account development. Essential Experience Experience in sales within the rail industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential. Proven experience in developing and growing accounts/clients. A curious and inquisitive attitude to identify customer needs and growth opportunities. Previous management experience is a plus but not mandatory. Location & Working Model Doncaster HQ Hybrid working: split between client sites, HQ, and home. Salary GBP50,000 plus Car Allowance (GBP5,000).
