We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot for day shifts ! About the Role Our home provides specialist support and care for clients with a wide range of needs, including long-term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. Our Ideal Support Worker Will: Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and/or substance misuse. Be reliable, friendly, and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals. Have the ability to support in-house activities and hobbies. Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more! Demonstrate resilience to help manage some behaviors that challenge. Hours & Shift Patterns Shift Patterns: 8am – 8pm Contract Types Full-time, Part-time, and Bank contracts available.
