Role Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of the Customer Support team at Ultraseal, providing administrative support in Customer Service. This role is key to our goal of exceeding customer expectations.
Tasks
- Process customer orders in accordance with Quality Processes.
- Complete Contract Review Processes.
- Maintain and process Ultraseal Consignment Stock Customer Agreements, including Customs Database management for Imports, Exports, and PVA reports.
- Support the Commercial Team in generating, recording, and preparing quotations.
- Distribute MSDS as per customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all site EHS and Quality Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Extensive experience in a sales administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Sage 1000 is preferable.
