We’re looking for a passionate and supportive Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Lakeside Vets in Llansamlet. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Practice Manager and Clinical Director to guide the direction of the practice and nurture our brilliant team. You’ll support the clinical team in driving high standards, contributing to clinical decision-making, and helping shape the future of the practice. We are flexible with hours and happy to accommodate part-time schedules, with no out-of-hours requirements.

About Us: At Lakeside Vets, we’re a close-knit team of 11 passionate professionals, looking to expand as we grow. Our small team values collaboration, and we’re excited to find someone who shares this and wants to be part of our supportive environment. Located in Llansamlet, Swansea, we’re just 5 minutes from junctions 43 and 44 of the M4, and a short drive from Swansea Beach and the Gower Peninsula. Our location offers the perfect mix of convenience and natural beauty. We handle a varied caseload, including routine appointments and critical cases through Vets Now. With new equipment and exciting building developments underway, it’s an exciting time to join us.
Working Hours: Our flexible working hours offer a choice between: 4 days, 10 hours per day (Monday to Friday). We are also open to part-time hours to suit your needs. Requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with time off in lieu during the week.
