Job Description Sales Support Adviser opportunities available Troubleshooting and liaising with key customers and stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience and Qantas’ performance. As a Sales Support Adviser , you will be part of our UKEMA sales team, assisting Qantas Regional Leadership, local Sales teams, and key trade partners with guidance, advice, and technical support. Using strong communication skills, you will provide expertise on Qantas products, services, policies, and procedures while managing escalations and resolving customer issues. Additionally, you will support the rollout of new commercial models, help agents transition to Qantas NDC, and act as a key adviser, assisting travel agents and other stakeholders. You’ll have: 5+ years’ experience in customer care/service 3+ years’ experience in an airline sales support role or a similar coordination role Demonstrated knowledge of agency sales and support processes High standard of written and spoken English and fluency in either French or Italian Good time management and organisational skills Statement in IATA Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Fares and Ticketing (desirable) Expertise in GDS workflows and process application (desirable) Experience and understanding of New Distribution Capability (NDC) Experience in using an established CRM (Salesforce desirable) Experience in coordinating key activities with vendors and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, develop action plans, and achieve effective solutions Experience working in an agile team environment and in cross-functional teams Why Qantas?
