What Weβre Looking For Our US client, a leading expert in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand growth and marketing, is seeking a Retention Manager to help execute and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across Email and SMS. This role is key to enhancing customer retention, driving repeat purchases, and increasing customer lifetime value through strategic automated journeys and targeted campaigns. Responsibilities Assist in managing the daily operations of lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels. Support the development and refinement of automated journeys and campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchases. Collaborate on content planning, briefing, and deployment for lifecycle campaigns. Execute segmentation strategies and personalization efforts based on user behavior. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high accuracy and effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and implement A/B testing strategies for continuous optimization. 3+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing for DTC e-commerce brands. Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and Klaviyo. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau. Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and A/B testing. Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
