The successful candidate will partner with senior management to embed strategic HR practices, focusing on people development, policy implementation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Relationships: Serve as a communication link between management and employees, build strong internal relationships, and facilitate effective communication between UK branches and HQ in China. HR Advice: Provide expert guidance on HR issues, legislation, and data analysis; coach managers on organizational design; support strategic planning and change management. Change Management: Support organizational changes, communicate reasons for change, and ensure alignment with HR and company objectives. Employee Advocacy: Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives; foster trust and fairness. People Development: Coach managers on leadership and performance management; support talent development and retention efforts. Transactional Expertise: Develop policies and processes, analyze KPIs, manage complex ER cases, and collaborate with legal providers.
