Your Role: As a Designer, you will develop innovative collections for high-street fashion brands, combining creativity with technical skills to shape the future of women\’s casual outerwear fashion. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create designs aligned with current trends and customer preferences. Collaboration: Work with the design team on seasonal colors, fabrics, and trends. Visual Communication: Use software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers and offshore teams to finalize collections and present to clients. Quality Assurance: Oversee material testing and sample quality to meet standards. Tech Packs & Documentation: Prepare detailed tech packs to specify design requirements and support offshore production. Qualifications: Experience designing for high-street fashion brands, with an understanding of current trends and consumer needs. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with 3D design software is a plus. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to fashion design. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Ideal Attributes: Creative passion for casual outerwear and fashion. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
