Position: Ladies Casual Outerwear Designer

Your Role: As a Designer, you will develop innovative collections for high-street fashion brands, combining creativity with technical skills to shape the future of women's casual outerwear fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create designs aligned with current trends and customer preferences.
- Collaboration: Work with the design team on seasonal colors, fabrics, and trends.
- Visual Communication: Use software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers and offshore teams to finalize collections and present to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee material testing and sample quality to meet standards.
- Tech Packs & Documentation: Prepare detailed tech packs to specify design requirements and support offshore production.
Qualifications:
- Experience designing for high-street fashion brands, with an understanding of current trends and consumer needs.
