We are seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role supporting financial, administrative, health & safety, and operations functions. Key Responsibilities: Processing accounts payable and receivable Assisting with payroll, GST, and financial reporting Managing office supplies, documents, and general administration Supporting H&S administration: incident logs, inductions, and PPE tracking Assisting the supply chain and quality teams with documentation and scheduling To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in accounts or office administration Knowledge and experience of accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB) and MS Office.
