About the Role: Are you ready to elevate your career? Littlefish is seeking a talented and driven System Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory Administration: Oversee and manage Active Directory (AD) systems.
- SCCM/Intune Management: Expertly handle SCCM or Intune for efficient system management.
- Application Deployment: Deploy applications and manage builds with precision.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents with clear, evidence-based thinking.
- Support and Improvement: Address requests, implement changes, assist fellow engineers, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Intune & MDM Expertise: Proficiency in Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- MSP/Enterprise Experience: Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or enterprise environment.
- SCCM/Intune Proficiency: Expertise in packaging and deploying applications using SCCM current branch or Intune.
- System Centre Knowledge: Experience with administering and deploying System Centre 2012 Configuration Manager.
- Productivity Suite Skills: Competence in configuring and deploying desktop productivity suites (Office 365 ProPlus, Office 2016).
- Windows Build Management: Skills in Windows build/image creation and management.
- Desktop Configuration: Knowledge of desktop configuration tools (ADK, MDT, Task Sequences).
- AD Administration: Strong experience in AD administration.
- PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Certifications: MS900, AZ900
- Certifications: MD102 certifications
